You can only use the following effects of "Elemental HERO Sparkaman & Clayman" once per turn. * If your opponents monster attacks directly or attacks a "HERO" monster: You can Special Summon this card from your (hand or GY), and if you do, negate that attack. * While you control no cards or you control a "Elemental HERO" monster (Quick Effect): You can discard this card from your hand, then, target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; negate the targeted cards effects until the End Phase this turn.
