oblivion98765
Me and a friend were dueling today and reached a strange situation. I had 2 Command Knights on my side of the field. As their effects say, my opponent couldn't attack either as long as one other monster was on my side of the field. So, each Command Knight would protect the other, effectively blocking each other from an attack. My friend then summoned an Ultimate Tyranno. It lists that "this card can and must attack all monsters on the opponent's side of the field". The problem then arrises when he attacks my 2 Command Knights. They block each other from attacks, but Ultimate Tyranno says it can and must. What would the result of this be? I would appreciate a little help. uzumakinaruto93
well since it can't attack them both at once it can't attack at all

RacecaR
I bet the next tim this happens a blackhole will form in the center of the duel from the problem and the rip in time and space will consume all!
JesusofChaos™
Command knights mean that the ultimate tyranno cannot declare attacks against them meaning that ultimate tyranno cannot attack
Exiro
No attack will occur.
Icarus™
Actually, I believe that because Command Knight says that "As long as at least 1 other monster exists on your side of the field, your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target." Your opponent would be able to declare a direct attack because there would be no target.
JesusofChaos™
Incorrect, command knight is a valid target but no attack can be declared against it thus not attack can be declared because ultimate tyrannos effect cannot fully resolve properly
uzumakinaruto93
he had 2 command knights so since A is on the field he would have to attack B and since B is on the field he would have to attack A, since tyranno can't attack both at once he can't attack at all
Orochi
Actually' date=' I believe that because Command Knight says that "As long as at least 1 other monster exists on your side of the field, your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target." Your opponent would be able to declare a direct attack because there would be no target.[/quote'] wrong, the opponent cannot declare an attack, because there's no valid targets... this rule applies to all monsters that cannot be atackes when there's another specific monster on the field, command knight, hunter owl, freya... the only exception is the legendary fisherman, is theonly case that you can attack directly when there's 2 on the field...
