SushiTheLegend
Okay! Well this is an official announcement from us GFX Moderators of YCM. There are going to be some changes happening so you had best all try and keep up because we won't be tolerating all the nonsense like we did in the past. As such some new things are needing to be put in place for the changes that will be taking place, first of all we will REQUIRE you to add one of the following tags to your thread titles, this is not optional and your thread will be locked otherwise. The reason for these tags is so we know what threads to move into the Shops Sub-Forum that will hopefully be added soon so please try to do this. [REQ] = A Request Thread [sHP] = A Shop Thread And if you must know we require all current threads to apply these tags for that very same reason so we hope you can comply with this first change. Okay the next subject I want to get across is about those of you who seem to be accepting more than one signature, this type of thing is simply not good, if you are saying you don't like someone's effort you are crushing their spirits and this cannot be allowed. The next subject comes to regards of those of you who are requesting Booster Packs or anything like them and Renders. I as in Haruno Sakura would like to stress that we do not allow Booster Packs to be requested, this is a job for shops not the graphics artists so please STOP. With regards to Renders I have decided that you do not need to use guidelines for the time being to request Renders, however after the changes regarding the Shops Sub-Forum being set up, guidelines may be put forward for Renders until then though you MAY freely ask for the image to be rendered, but I would still ask you at least still use the guidelines already up so people know what you want, as that was the main purpose of the guidelines. I am happy to say though that nearly everyone seems to be using the guidelines aside from a small 0.1% of the community, this actually makes me really happy so I must thank you from the bottom of my heart, even though the guidelines were based off another site's guidelines, but I am still happy nearly everyone is using them. Something that I must go over though is those of you who seem to be lazy about just stating "Blah Blah" for your Graphic Image, seriously how easy is it to just get the image of what you want yourself, providing your own image means you get what you want, so please try to do this, lol. Finally...another change that will be taking place is that for the time being, we will be hosting a *TRIAL RUN* Signature of the Fortnight which if successful will become an ongoing process for everyone to enjoy, as such I should probably mention a few other changes and these are, well...I can't remember the rest so I'll add them later. In any case I will leave this thread open for you to discuss! Kind Regards, Spirit of Rider/Haruno Sakura
overheat
i think that making a sub fourm for shops is the best thing that can happen in here ( Shops / Requests) but i did not get the part of the trial run can you please expend it
Atomix
Yeah, we need a forum for shops and a sub-forums for Requests. I will do the tags right now
SushiTheLegend
Okay basically you know what a Signature of the Week is correct? Well we will be hosting a Signature of the Fortnight, and this will be a trial run to see how well it goes, make sense now?

DragonMasterAman
I have Question. If we have "shop" in the shop name, do we still have to put [sHP] before the title?

Lock it when title says LOCK or something, like you did in my REQ threat, I got some s&¤! avi and you already locked it ! Some other guys had to send PM.. So don't to this ok ? Jerry OldMaster
Very well. This surely keeps the forum all tidy. :) One question though, with the new rules, is posting a "Contest thread" now completely prohibited? Ie, a thread where I want people make a random sig for me with some simple restrictions, with me choosing the one I like most? It breaks two rules as I can see: the fact that one person, no matter who, may be enough to close the thread and that I cannot request something random - which is what I wanted. SushiTheLegend
Well you may have noticed the rulings archive which is basically gonna store all the rulings thus far and any future rulings threads too. In addition there is gonna be a "Dos and Donts" thread to help people along and a few other little things that need adding too.
SebastiaanZ
This is to much. Why do you have to keep yourself to these guidelines, while putting [REQ] in front of it is enough? Closing my topic was pointles.
SushiTheLegend
Excuse me, I don't think it is pointless, I have tried giving people the chance to change their post and make corrections to the the mistakes they have made, but in the end all they did was hope someone did their request before I locked it after the set time period, so as far as I'm concerned if you don't get it right that is that.
