0PxPz0
The "furious" archetype is intended for an old RP i planned based on the concept of an alternate DM era timeline where character stand ins for Pegasus, (yami) bakura, and dartz are the leaders of a world spanning occultist conspiracy to use ancient powers to rule the world, specifically it's the replacement for the harpie archetype with most cards being this universes version of a specific card from the DM/GX era. While the Furious monsters maintain the wind attribute of their harpy counterpart they forgo the winged-beast typing and are instead (with one exception) fiends as they're based on the Eumenides or "furies". In addition to that mostly irrelevant background info it play around with one of my more experimental mechanics, Normal Summon from the Graveyard. the "furious" monsters are built around discarding to enable the main gimmick of GY NS and field control through negating cards/effects with your three main monsters. Monsters first off, our harpy ladies 1-3 "Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set from your Hand and can only be Normal Summoned from your GY as your Normal Summon/Set. Once per turn, when your opponent Summons a monster or activates a monster effect, you can discard one card; negate that summon/effect and destroy that monster." "Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set from your Hand and can only be Normal Summoned from your GY as your Normal Summon/Set. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell Card/effect, you can discard one card; negate that activation/effect and destroy that card." "Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set from your Hand and can only be Normal Summoned from your GY as your Normal Summon/Set. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Trap Card/effect, you can discard one card; negate that activation/effect and destroy that card." and the three together as a counterpart to "Harpie lady sisters" "Cannot be Normal Summon/Set. You can send three "Furious" Monsters from your Deck to the GY, Special Summon this card. This card gains 100 ATK for each "Furious" Monster in your GY with a different name." a couple support cards that stand in for "harpie girl" and "sky scout", formerly known as "harpie's brother" becasue i like that card's art/name more than "birdface" "Cannot be Normal Summon/Set. Once per turn, when a monster is Summoned from either players GY, you can Special Summon this card from your Hand (quick effect). You can Normal Summon one "Furious" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set." "Once per turn, when you discard a card, you can add one "Furious" monster, or one "Lash out", "Triple Threat", or "Den of Punishment" from your Deck to your Hand." and the boss for the archetype, the furious version of "harpie's pet dragon" "You can Normal Summon this card from your GY if you tribute an additional monster. This Tribute Summoned monster gains effects based on the tributed monsters; ● "Furious Alecto" - Immune to Monster effects. ● "Furious Tisiphone" - Immune to Spell effects. ● "Furious Megaera" - Immune to Trap effects." Spell/Trap the new harpie's hunting ground "When an opponents card or effect is negated destroy one card on the field then, if that card or effect was negated by the effect of a "Furious" monster draw one card." a reverse elegant egotist "Tribute one Level 6 or Higher Monster; Special Summon one "Furious Alecto", "Furious Tisiphone", and "Furious Magaera" from your Hand or Deck but destroy those monsters during the Endphase." and lastly a furious version of "hysteric party" "You can only activate each of the following effects of "Lash Out" Once per turn; ● Return one "Furious Alecto" you control to the Deck; destroy all monsters on the field. ● Return one "Furious Tisiphone" you control to the Deck; destroy all face-up Spell Cards on the field. ● Return one "Furious Megaera" you control to the Deck; destroy all face-up Trap Cards on the field."
