you still can't get it, there are many types of renders from the world of C4D renders to fractals until the world of game character renders and the stuff you guys using.

OK I didn't use any C4d. It's hard to explain because when I made the style I had to record it in my record book. It's a long way to there. Anyway I didn't use any C4D. If you see it that way then your seeing it all wrong.

I didn't want it to be covered but I used a big brush. If I've used a small brush you would see the electrons giving electrical effect.
