YCM's First Vector

Well, for those who don't know what a vector is....

 

What are vector banners? Vector banners are banners that have very

little "depth", and make use of bold, dynamic colors and

text. Many advertisements in print, online, and on TV use

vectors to grab your attention. You've probably seen so

many that you hardly notice them anymore.

 

This is my first Vector Banner. I don't think I've ever seen another vector on YCM.

If there has been another vector banner already made, just tell me and I'll change the title.

 

I realize I kinda screwed up with the text.

Vector's aren't supposed to have Brushes or complicated backgrounds. It should be a simple light Color fill.

You did mess up on the text, but we all do sometimes. Are those stroke lines outside of the bear? If they are they came out really clean, I like this alot. The oval is kinda messy, but other than that It's good. ;)

It isn't the first vector.

 

you did this using GIMP of a tut on gimptalk and what you said about vectors was copied of their, you completely followed the tut and did nothing on your own.
