You've seen some pretty big stuff out of me. The UFCDCII didn't work out so well, but the original Ultimate Fake Card Dueling Competition worked out pretty damn well. Now here's a contest that only involves one duel per round.

 

There are six competitors.

There are six rounds.

There are six duels.

There are six variant cards.

There are six reps given out.

There are six hundred sixty-six points up for grabs.

The premise of the competition is its sheer size. Though there will only be six entrants, the prizes are massive. Now, then, the actual competition is fairly complicated, but not as tough as the UFCDC.

The six competitors form two teams of three. The Gamesmaster (me; read my username) then initiates one of the six rounds. During each round, the Gamesmaster presents the "Game," which is how many cards the teams have to make. The teams make either a two-card, three-card, or six-card combo. The cards can be autonomous, or they can work well with an existing deck. After the cards are created, the Gamesmaster rates each card and gives a rep to the single person who made the best card.

 

This is where the contest gets unique. The teams have to construct a deck using at least two of the created cards. Each team can use their cards or their opponent's cards. All other cards must be real. We judge using a modified banlist shown below. After the decks are made, each team selects a 'duel champion' who faces the opposing 'duel champion' in a Match. The winner of the match receives two points; the loser receives none. In the event of a draw, each team will receive one point. At the end, the team with more points wins.

 

 

[spoiler=PENALTIES]

•The "duel champion" of each team will PM his/her Deck to me prior to each Match. I will then put it through a randomizer and return it to the "duel champion." This induces a new form of strategy: each "duel champion" can see the whole of his/her Deck at any given time. However, it also prevents cheating.

•If a "duel champion" cheats in a duel, the opposing team immediately wins the round, and the "duel champion" receives a negative reputation point and immediately loses any and all reputation points won via this competition. Choose wisely.

•Arguing with the Gamesmaster results in the arguer losing any and all reputation points won via this competition.

Yes. Either that, or you could re-randomize it yourself minus drawn cards here and PM it to me to prevent cheating. It can be annoying, I know, but it helps preserve your honor and dignity.
