ocg means Official Card Grammar and im not going to go into detail on that so look in the Help and Tutorials section for help. And a disclaimer is a link or written sentence to tell us where your images come from (who made them) here are examples:

 

You can put this one in your sig or at the top of the post you put them in:

 

I do not own any of the art used in my cards, they are merely used as a way to improve the overall quality of them.

 

or you can put this underneath your card or in the CIRCULATION box:

Image by ......... (GOOGLE, Mr X.deviantart.com, etc)

 

If you did get the image from somewhere like DeviantArt please just don't put 'Got Image from DeviantArt' please write the name of the artist aswell.
