Revenge of The Hand - Field Spell.

Quote

Upon activation, Banish all other copies of "Revenge of The Hand" from your deck.
1. Neither player can activate or resolve card effects in the GY.
2. Effects that banish each player's own monsters banish them face-down instead.
3. Monsters (except Pendulum Monsters and monsters that equip from hand) cannot be placed in the Spell & Trap Zones.
4. This card cannot be destroyed, banished, replaced, or returned to hand by its controller.
(Quick Effect): If your opponent activates or resolves 5 or more effects outside of the hand, field, or Extra Deck while you control no cards: You can activate this card from your hand. If activated this way, this card cannot be removed from the field for the rest of this turn.

This card was designed to be a strong floodgate but it has 3 huge weaknesses. 

1: Enemy negation and destruction effects.

2: It's only really that strong in-hand going second. If you have to draw or search it turn 2, there's a huge chance it will be stopped.

3: You have to build your deck around it.

The overall point is to encourage other strategies
