I'm curious what formats you all target your custom cards at, if you even do target your cards at any particular format, or if it depends from card/archetype to card/archetype. I've been balancing a custom archetype for anywhere in 2013 to 2016 Yu-Gi-Oh!, but I'm considering just simplifying that to targeting it at HAT format. Hence the question to see what you all tend to go with for your own designs.
