I could use ideals on the ones that aren't complete and for cards themselves. Theme of the deck is psychopaths as you will see 15 Monsters Name: Looney Lex Attribute: Dark Type: Psychopath Stars: 5 ATK: 1500 \ DEF: 1200 Effect: Increase your life points by 500 during each of your standby phases. Name: Raging Randy Attribute: Dark Type: Psychopath Stars: ATK: Effect: Name: Wild Wally Attribute: Dark Type: Psychopath Stars: ATK: Effect: Name: Wicked Willma Attribute: Dark Type: Psychopath Stars: ATK: Effect: Name: Scary Senorita Attribute: Dark Type: Psychopath Stars: ATK: Effect: Name: Creepy Clown Attribute: Dark Type: Psychopath Stars: ATK: Effect: When this card is face-up in attack position, your opponent cannot play spell cards. Name: Shocking Sumo Wrestler Attribute: Dark Type: Psychopath Stars: ATK: Effect: FLIP: Your opponent loses 800 life points. This flip effect can be used once every 3 turns. Name: Insane Junkman Attribute: Dark Type: Psychopath Stars: 8 ATK: 2500 \ DEF: 1800 Effect: Your opponent removes the top 3 cards from their deck. If any of them are monsters, (if they are not monsters, they are removed from play) special summon them to your side of the field. Attack your opponents life points directly. No spells or traps can be played during the attack(s). Damage to opponent’s life points is equal to the ATK points of the monster(s) that attacks. Remove from play the monster(s) during the end phase. Name: Inconsiderate Icabob Attribute: Dark Type: Psychopath Stars: ATK: Effect: FLIP: Destroy 2 spell or trap cards on the field. 8 Spells Name: Maximum Prison Attribute: Spell Type: Spell\Field Card Effect: As long as this card remains on the field, your opponent cannot attack. This card can only be destroyed by Snipe Hunter’s effect. Name: Half Here Institution Attribute: Spell Type: Spell Effect: Increase the ATK and DEF of your monsters by 900. Decrease the ATK and DEF of your opponent’s monsters by 600 for 2 turns. Name: Iron Lung Attribute: Spell Type: Spell Effect: Inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent’s life points. Name: X-Ray Machine Attribute: Spell Type: Spell Effect: Look at your opponents hand and destroy all spell and trap cards in their hand. Name: Killer Crutches Attribute: Spell Type: Spell Effect: Tribute 1 Level 6 or higher monster on the field and remove it from play and add the attack amount from that monster to a level 4 or lower monster. During your end phase return the tributed monster back to the field in the same position it was when tributed. Name: Decompression Chamber Attribute: Spell Type: Spell\Continuous Effect: As long as this card remains face up on your side of the field, increase your life points by 500 during each of your standby phases. Name: Hemostatus Attribute: Spell Type: Spell\Equip Effect: Equip this card to a monster and decrease the ATK and DEF by 300 during your standby phase. This effect last for 3 turns. Name: Uprising Sanitarium Attribute: Spell Type: Spell Effect: Increase all Psychopath monsters on the filed by 1000. 6 Traps Name: Operating Room Attribute: Trap Type: Trap Effect: Your opponent selects 1 of their monsters and removes it from play for 3 turns, then returns it to their deck. Deck is then shuffled. Name: Prison Morgue Attribute: Trap Type: Trap Effect: This card can only be played when Half Here Institution is on the field. Your opponent selects 2 of their monsters and removes them from play. Name: Emergency Room Attribute: Trap Type: Trap Effect: Negate the attack of your opponent’s monster and draw 2 cards. Name: Haunted Asylum Attribute: Trap Type: Trap Effect: Discard 1 card and send all trap cards on your opponent’s side of the field back to their deck. The deck is then shuffled. Name: Surgery Went Wrong Attribute: Trap Type: Trap Effect: Discard 1 card from your hand and destroy the 2 highest ATK monsters on your opponent’s side of the field. Name: Lockdown Unit Attribute: Trap Type: Trap\Continuous Effect: All face up attack position monsters on your opponent’s side of the field are switched to defense position while this card remains on the field. Name: Straight JacketAttribute: TrapType: TrapEffect: Select 1 monster on your opponent’s side of the field and roll a six sided dice, the amount rolled determines the amount of plays the selected monster remains in defense position. I know not all monsters needs effects, this is just an idea for a fake deck that I am working on from time to time. Link to comment
