If this card is in your hand when you take damage, Special Summon it in defense position. Neither the effect of "A Really Clumsy Maid Girl" nor the Spell/Trap activated by her effect can be negated.

 

Basically she's a card that trips and falls over anything, and accidentally spills cards from your deck over to your opponent's side of the field.

 

I was watching a video on the worst cards in Yugioh and thought to myself, how would I take these cards and make them so broken they warrant an instant banning? Well, with a card that's so oddly versatile it's probably also worth immediately banning. That's why it's here instead of realistic. I think this effect is far too strong based off the sheer magnitude of unique interactions you can force with it, but I believe while it exists it would immediately make every dud of a card ever printed (Like Localized Tornado) ridiculously crazy. It would also be overpowered in floodgates, as it could (for example) force out any floodgate spell or trap to the opponent's side of the field without the ability to negate it, making it more difficult to interact with because the opponent owns it instead of you.

I can think of a plethora of uses for it.

Usually they're bad spells and traps because they come at a strong disadvantage to you. If you pass an intentionally bad spell or trap to your opponent, you may see a whole new era of annoying control decks. Seriously, imagine being forced to play Localized Tornado

How crazy would it be to see these cards go from awful to relevant?

I really like this card. It's really gimmicky and considering that most top tier decks have OTK potential and you have to run bad cards in your deck, I personally think it is fairly balanced. I think it could be more balanced if it had more restrictions or protections to your opponent like only being able to activate cards from the deck or GY (essentially your screwed if you got the bad card in your hand) or reducing damage to your opponent/allowing them to draw 1 card. Other than that, I really like it!
