Once per Chain, when a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated (Quick Effect): This card loses exactly 800 ATK/DEF, and if it does, negate the activation.

If a LIGHT and/or DARK Dragon monster(s) would be destroyed by an opponents card, you can banish this card from your GY instead. You can only activate 1 "Dragon of Light and Darkness" per turn.
