You can activate this card effect during your draw face:
Draw 1 card then apply the effect based on the card you draw:
● Monster: Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck with exactly 1 of the same Type, Attribute, Level, ATK, or DEF, and shuffle the monster you draw to the deck.
● Spell: Add 1 other spell of a different type than the spell card you draw by this effect then shuffle the spell card you draw to the deck.
● Trap: Set 1 other trap of the same type as the card you draw by this effect then shuffle the trap card you draw to the deck.
● "What The Hell": You Discard your entire hand, then your opponent draws 5 cards!

wouldn't it be more funny, if the card forced you to play 3 copies to activate the effect? still, a fun card.

I've always had a soft spot for those older cards with risky effects like this x3 I think it would be fair, too. If you can protect your monster, you deserve a good search!
