While you control this monster that was Fusion Summoned using "Destiny HERO - Plasma" as Fusion material, negate the effects of face-up monsters while your opponent controls them. You can only use the following effects of "Destiny HERO - Dragoon End Enforcer" once per turn. * During your Main Phase: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; banish the targeted card, then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the banished cards original ATK, also, this card cannot attack directly during the turn you activated this effect. * During your Standby Phase, if this card is in your GY or Banishment: You can banish 1 other "Destiny HERO" monster from your GY; Special Summon this card, and if you do, this card gains 1000 ATK/DEF until the End Phase this turn.
