-GalexyVoids-
This would help if I banished something good in my extra deck lol.
Jordan Ashwood
If someone were to summon The Last Warrior From Another Planet, it sounds like it would negate the destroy-everything effect but keep the opponent-cannot-summon effect, since it doesn't activate. It's a cool card, but I think the only way to make it fair is if your opponent gets the first chance to summon.

What if the effect said Once per turn, during the Main Phase: The turn player can activate this effect. Select one card that is banished, or in your hand, Deck, Extra Deck, or GY: Either add it to your hand (if possible) or Special Summon it, ignoring its summoning conditions. You cannot activate cards or the effects of cards with the same name as that card until your next End Phase. Neither player can use this cards effect to select a card with an effect that would prevent their opponent from using this card's full effects.
