Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; send the top 3 cards of each player's Deck to the Graveyard. If this Synchro Summoned card is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 monster in either player's Graveyard, except "Trashpile Troll"; Special Summon it to your side of the field, but its effects are negated, also it is destroyed during the End Phase. It has the right stats, and the right restrictions (in my opinion at least).
