You can only use each of the following effects of "Seguro the Evinced Mikanko" once per turn. You can reveal 1 "Mikanko Kagura" in your hand or GY; Tribute monsters from your hand or field, then Ritual Summon 1 "Mikanko" Ritual Monster from your hand whose Level exactly equals the total Levels of those monsters (this is treated as Ritual Summon with "Mikanko Kagura".)
