Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 Warrior monster while you control "Kayden the Ninja Lord" and "Jazmania Magician". If this card is Special Summoned: Place 1 Shield Counter on this card (max. 1). Once per turn, during the Standby Phase, if this card does not have a Shield Counter on it: Place 1 Shield Counter on this card. You can only use each of the following effects of "Scotty the British Empire Soldier" once per turn: ● When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can negate the attack. ● If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effect: You can remove 1 Shield Counter from this card instead, and if you do, you take no damage from that battle or effect.

Thanks for this feedback! Yeah, I see Kayden being banned quickly. Any equip spell like "Power of the Guardians" at no cost is quite strong

The Ultimate Level-Up Machine | SPELL

If you control "If you control "Kayden the Ninja Lord," "Jazmania Magician," and "Scotty the British Empire Soldier": Pay 2000 LP and Tribute those monsters; Special Summon 1 "Ninja Shogun Kayden," "Magical Empress Jazzy," and "British Emperor Scotty" from your hand, Deck, Extra Deck or GY.

 

Ninja Shogun Kayden | WIND | Pendulum 4 | Warrior/Link/Pendulum/Effect | ARROWS: | 3000 ATK | LINK-4 | 1+ Link monsters + "Kayden the Ninja Lord"

Must first be Special Summoned by "The Ultimate Level-Up Machine". If you can Pendulum Summon Level 7, you can Pendulum Summon this face-up card in your Extra Deck. This card, and monsters this card points to, cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. If this card destroys a monster by battle: This card, and all monsters this card points to, gain 500 ATK. If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

PENDULUM EFFECT: Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can destroy this card, negate the activation, and if you do, shuffle that card into the Deck.

 

Magical Empress Jazzy | LIGHT | Pendulum 8 | Spellcaster/Synchro/Pendulum Effect | Level 10 | 3800 ATK | 2800 DEF | 1 Tuner + "Jazmania Magician"

Must first be Special Summoned by "The Ultimate Level-Up Machine". Once while face-up on the field, if this card battles an opponent's monster (Quick Effect): All monsters you control gain ATK equal to that monster's ATK. If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

PENDULUM EFFECT: Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or effect that would increase the ATK of a monster in the field (Quick Effect): You can destroy this card; negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card face-down.

 

British Emperor Scotty | LIGHT | Pendulum 10 | Warrior/Pendulum/Effect | Level 12 | 4500 ATK | 3900 DEF

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned by "The Ultimate Level-Up Machine". Cannot be destroyed by battle. Your opponent cannot target monsters you control for attacks, except this one. If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.

PENDULUM EFFECT: Once per turn, when your opponent declares an attack (Quick Effect): You can destroy this card; target the attacking monster, and if you do, take control of that monster.

 

British Dragon Sovereign | LIGHT | Dragon/Fusion/Effect | Level 12 | 4000 ATK | 3000 DEF | "Scotty the British Empire Soldier" + 1 Dragon monster

Must be Fusion Summoned. Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Any monster this card destroys by battle is banished instead. Gains 500 ATK for each banished monster. If another monster you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Dragon monster from your GY with a Level/Rank equal to or less than the destroyed monster's Level/Rank.

Acts of Union | Quick-Play SPELL

(This card is always treated as a "British" card.) Fusion Summon 1 "British" Fusion monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or either field as Fusion material. If you control a Level 8 Beast or Dragon Synchro monster: You can substitute 1 other monster on the field as a valid Fusion material, but the other materials must be correct. If a "British" Fusion monster you control leaves the field while this card is in your GY: You can add 1 "British" card from your Deck or GY to your hand, except "Acts of Union."
