Yes, I definitely think a Salamangreat link 5 is needed, and a Quick Effect Reincarnation Link Summon sounds about as good as it can get for a final boss monster. Plus, the second effect makes it easier to swing for damage AND triggers the Fusions' effect, funnily enough.
