You can If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Add 1 "Toon World" or card that mentions it except "Toon-Eyed Pegasus" from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Toon-Eyed Pegasus" once per turn. While you control "Toon World", all Toon monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF.
