Question about "Favorite Contact"

So, the Ruling Questions thread that had been pinned since forever ago is now archived due to inactivity. This means I cannot post this over there anymore.
I am torn between asking about the restart of such a thread, or just not doing that because if it became archived to begin with it means it was already no longer being used anyways, so a new version would most likely suffer the same fate in the near future the way things are going.

This isn't a new card, but since it works with any HERO-containing Fusion in the materials, and it ignores conditions:
Can it be used on Evil HERO Fusions?

Sounds like it would be but I want to make sure.
