If your opponents monster attacks or activates a monster effect that would target this card or a "Blue-Eyes" monster (Quick Effect): You can tribute this card; negate the attack/activation and destroy it, then, Special Summon 2 "White Seahorse Tokens" (Sea Serpent/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position, also, these tokens cannot be tributed or used as material except for a LIGHT Dragon monster.
