If a monster(s) would be Summoned, OR a Spell/Trap Card is activated (Quick Effect): Tribute this face-up card you control; negate the Summon or activation, and if you do, destroy that card. During the End Phase, if this effect was activated this turn (and was not negated): You can Special Summon this card from your GY. You can only control 1 "Stardust Overdrive Dragon".
