Just taking some Pokémon, usually legendaries or other special stuff, and making Yu-Gi-Oh cards out of them. It was always a nice pastime. And now I've decided it's about time I release those. Now, be warned, there's, like, a good 150 cards waiting in the backburner to get thrown out here, so obviously I'm not going to post them all at once. I'll release them in short bursts, region by region, starting with Kanto. Be warned that most of these are based on legendary Pokémon and as such some may be overpowered, and most of these are not meant to be a Deck at all. Just stuff I made for the heck of it. So, let's begin: Quote Mew, the Origin Psychic/Tuner/Effect/LIGHT/Level 4 ATK 2000/DEF 2000 Cannot be Special Summoned, except by its own effect. At the start of your Main Phase 1: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. Cannot attack during the turn it is Normal or Special Summoned. When this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand or Deck in face-up Attack Position, but you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except from the Extra Deck or the GY. Moltres, Envoy of Flames Pyro/Effect/FIRE/Level 6 ATK 2200/DEF 1600 You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but its original ATK becomes 1800. When this card is Summoned: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent. If this card leaves the field: You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; Destroy it, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK on the field. You can only use each effect of "Moltres, Envoy of Flames" once per turn. Mewtwo, Origin's Anomaly Psychic/Effect/DARK/Level 8 ATK 3000/DEF 2500 You can banish 2 Psychic monsters from your GY; Special Summon this card from your hand. Unaffected by Trap effects. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage. You can only control 1 face-up "Mewtwo, Origin's Anomaly". Mewtwo Unleashed - Forme X Psychic/Effect/DARK/Level 10 ATK 3500/DEF 3000 Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand or Deck) by Tributing 1 face-up "Mewtwo, Origin's Anomaly" you control. While face-up on the field, this card is also Warrior-Type. Cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this card attacks a monster: That monster's ATK/DEF become 0 during the Damage Step only. If this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the GY: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's original ATK. Mewtwo Unleashed - Forme Y Psychic/Effect/DARK/Level 10 ATK 3000/DEF 3500 Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand or Deck) by Tributing 1 face-up "Mewtwo, Origin's Anomaly" you control. When this card is Special Summoned: Return all other monsters on the field to the hand. Cannot attack during the turn it is Summoned. When your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can send 1 card from your hand to the GY; Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only use this effect of "Mewtwo Unleashed - Forme Y" once per turn. Genesis Supernova Spell Card/Quick-Play You can only activate 1 "Genesis Supernova" per turn. Activate 1 of these effects: *If you control no monsters: Special Summon 1 "Mew, the Origin" from your hand or Deck, ignoring its summoning conditions. *Target 1 "Mew, the Origin" you control; if it battles an opponent's monster this turn, it gains ATK/DEF equal to the original ATK of that opponent's monster, until the end of this turn, but shuffle it into the Deck during the End Phase. Psystrike Spell Card/Quick-Play Target 1 "Mewtwo" monster you control; until the end of this turn, it gains these effects: *It gains 1000 ATK. *If it attacks an opponent's monster, negate that monster's effects (even in the GY), also switch that monster's original ATK/DEF. These changes last until the end of the Battle Phase. Power Restraining Armor Spell Card/Equip Equip only to "Mewtwo, Origin's Anomaly". It loses 500 ATK and gains 1000 DEF, also it becomes unaffected by your opponent's card effects. If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle, you can destroy this card instead. If this card leaves the field: You can add 1 "Mewtwo" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Power Restraining Armor" once per turn. Quote Raikou, Beast of the Storm Thunder/Synchro/Effect/LIGHT/Level 6 ATK 2300/DEF 2000 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned: Target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy that target. When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap or monster effect that targets a card(s) in the GY (Quick Effect): You can banish the top 3 cards of your Deck, face-down; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only use this effect of "Raikou, Beast of the Storm" once per turn. Entei, Beast of the Volcano Pyro/Xyz/Effect/FIRE/Rank 4 ATK 2500/DEF 1400 2+ Level 4 monsters When this card is Xyz Summoned: Inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each material attached to this card. (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; Send it to the GY, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its ATK on the field. You can only use this effect of "Entei, Beast of the Volcano" once per turn. Suicune, Beast of the North Wind Aqua/Fusion/Effect/WIND/Level 7 ATK 2400/DEF 2200 1 WATER monster + 1 WIND monster When this card is Fusion Summoned: Target 1 card your opponent controls; Return it to the bottom of the Deck. During the Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon 1 WATER or WIND monster from your hand, and if you do, this card gains 600 ATK until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Suicune, Beast of the North Wind" once per turn. Ocean Guardian Lugia Winged Beast/Xyz/Effect/WATER/Rank 4 ATK 1400/DEF 2400 2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; activate 1 of these effects, depending on this card's battle position: *Attack Position: Double the ATK of all WATER monsters you control with 1500 or less ATK, until the end of this turn. *Defense Position: Your opponent cannot activate card effects from the hand or GY this turn. During your Draw Phase, before you draw, if this card is in your GY: You can take 1000 damage, and if you do, add this card from your GY to your hand. You can only use 1 "Sacred Fire" effect per turn, and only once that turn. Aeroblast Spell Card/Normal You can only activate 1 "Aeroblast" per turn. After activation, you can attach this card to a face-up Xyz Monster you control as a material instead of sending it to the GY. If you control a face-up "Ocean Guardian Lugia" that has materials: Activate 1 of these effects. If you control a face-up "Ocean Guardian Lugia" with at least 2 materials, you can activate both of these effects and resolve in sequence: *Destroy 1 card on the field. *If an Xyz Monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster this turn, inflict piercing battle damage. When your opponent activates a Spell card/effect (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only use this effect of "Frozen Titan Regice" once per turn. Iron Titan Registeel Machine/Xyz/Effect/EARTH/Rank 4 ATK 1000/DEF 2600 2 Level 4 EARTH monsters Unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards. While this card has materials, your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards. If you control no monsters: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 "Regi" monster in your GY; Special Summon that target, ignoring its summoning conditions. You can only use this effect of "Iron Titan Registeel" once per turn. Eon Guardian Latias Dragon/Effect/LIGHT/Level 6 ATK 2200/DEF 1600 If you control a face-up "Eon Guardian Latios", you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card can attack directly, but if it does so using this effect, any battle damage inflicted to your opponent is halved. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: Draw 1 card. While you control a face-up "Eon Guardian Latios", your opponent cannot target this card for attacks or with card effects. Eon Guardian Latios Dragon/Effect/LIGHT/Level 8 ATK 2600/DEF 2400 Cannot be Special Summoned. If you control no monsters, you can Nortmal Summon this card without Tributing. When this card is Normal Summoned: Add 1 "Eon Guardian Latias" from your Deck or GY to your hand. This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. If you control a face-up "Eon Guardian Latias", this card gains 400 ATK. Sea Basin Beast Kyogre Fish/Effect/WATER/Level 8 ATK 2800/DEF 2500 You can banish 3 WATER monsters from your GY; Special Summon this card from your hand. All WATER monsters gain 500 ATK/DEF, also all FIRE monsters lose 500 ATK/DEF. Once per turn: You can send 1 WATER monster from your hand to the GY, then target 1 card on the field; Shuffle it into the Deck. Your opponent cannot activate cards/effects in response to this effect's activation. Kyogre, Primal Lord of the Sea Fish/Effect/WATER/Level 10 ATK 4000/DEF 4000 Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand or Deck) by Tributing 1 "Sea Basin Beast Kyogre" you control. The ATK and DEF of all FIRE monsters on the field becomes 0, also their effects are negated. If a "Groudon, Primal Lord of the Land" is Summoned, negate this effect. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls. There can only be 1 face-up "Kyogre, Primal Lord of the Sea" on the field. Continent Beast Groudon Dinosaur/Effect/FIRE/Level 8 ATK 2800/DEF 2500 You can banish 3 FIRE monsters from your GY; Special Summon this card from your hand. All FIRE monsters gain 500 ATK/DEF, also all WATER monsters lose 500 ATK/DEF. Once per turn: You can send 1 FIRE monster from your hand to the GY; Send 1 card on the field to the GY. Your opponent cannot activate cards/effects in response to this effect's activation. Groudon, Primal Lord of the Land Dinosaur/Effect/FIRE/Level 10 ATK 4000/DEF 4000 Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand or Deck) by Tributing 1 "Continent Beast Groudon" you control. The ATK and DEF of all WATER monsters on the field becomes 0, also their effects are negated. If a "Kyogre, Primal Lord of the Sea" is Summoned, negate this effect. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: Destroy all monsters your opponent controls. There can only be 1 face-up "Groudon, Primal Lord of the Land" on the field. Rayquaza, Lord of the Sky Dragon/Effect/WIND/Level 8 ATK 3000/DEF 3000 If there is a face-up "Groudon" monster and a face-up "Kyogre" monster on the field (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card (from your hand, Deck or GY). Negate the effects of all "Groudon" and "Kyogre" monsters on the field, also they cannot attack. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster on the field; This card loses exactly 500 ATK and DEF, and if it does, return that target to the hand. Rayquaza Unleashed, Supreme Lord of the Sky Dragon/Synchro/Effect/WIND/Level 12 ATK 4000/DEF 4000 1+ Tuners + "Rayquaza, Lord of the Sky" Must be Synchro Summoned. Unaffected by your opponent's card effects. Gains 500 ATK/DEF for each Tuner used to Synchro Summon it. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. If this card attacks, cards and effects cannot be activated until the end of the Damage Step.During your End Phase, if your LP are higher than your opponent's: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference. This effect cannot be negated. There can only be 1 face-up "Rayquaza Unleashed, Supreme Lord of the Sky" on the field. Jirachi, the Wish Maker Psychic/Effect/LIGHT/Level 4 ATK 1600/DEF 1600 During your Main Phase: You can choose 3 cards from your Deck, all of the same type (Monster, Spell or Trap). Your opponent chooses 1 of them at random to add to your hand, then banish the remaining cards face-down. Luster Purge Spell Card/Quick-Play If you control a face-up "Eon Guardian Latios": Destroy as many monsters your opponent controls as possible with 2600 or less DEF (Link monsters are treated as having 0 DEF), then for the rest of this turn, neither player can target face-up Dragon monsters on the field with card effects, nor can they be destroyed by card effects. You can only activate 1 "Luster Purge" per turn. Precipice Blades Trap Card/Normal Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of times they have Special Summoned this turn x 800. You can only activate 1 "Precipice Blades" per turn. If you control a face-up "Groudon" monster, you can activate this card from your hand. Origin Pulse Spell Card/Quick-Play Shuffle all other Spells/Traps on the field into the Deck, and if you do, all "Kyogre" monsters you control gain 400 ATK/DEF for each card shuffled into the Main Deck this way, until the end of this turn. You must control a face-up "Kyogre" monster to activate and to resolve this effect. During your opponent's turn, when a WATER monster you control leaves the field due to a card effect: You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Sea Basin Beast Kyogre" from your hand or Deck. You can only use 1 "Origin Pulse" effect per turn, and only once that turn. Dragon Ascent Spell Card/Quick-Play Pay 2000 LP, then target 1 "Rayquaza" monster you control; That target can attack directly this turn, but if it does so using this effect, any battle damage it inflicts to your opponent is halved. You can only use 1 "Dragon Ascent" effect per turn, and only once that turn. Doom Desire Spell Card/Normal You can only activate 1 "Doom Desire" per turn. You must control a face-up "Jirachi, the Wish Maker" to activate and to resolve any of this card's effects. Shuffle your Deck, then excavate the top card, and activate 1 of these effects, based on the type of card excavated: *Monster: Negate the effects of all face-up cards your opponent controls, until the end of this turn. *Spell: Inflict 600 damage to your opponent for each card they control and in their hand. *Trap: Draw until you have 6 cards in your hand, then lose 1000 LP for each card drawn by this effect. Psycho Boost Spell Card/Quick-Play Target 1 Level 7 or higher Psychic monster you control; Its ATK becomes double its original ATK, then if that target was a "Deoxys" monster, you can banish 1 card your opponent controls. During the End Phase of this turn, that target's ATK permanently becomes half its original ATK (even if it becomes unaffected by card effects). You can only activate 1 "Psycho Boost" per turn. Quote Uxie, Spirit of Knowledge Psychic/Effect/LIGHT/Level 4 ATK 800/DEF 2000 During your opponent's End Phase (Quick Effect): Excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a monster, your opponent must send 1 card from their hand to the GY (their choice). When your opponent activates a card or effect that would make them add a card from their Deck to their hand (including by drawing) (Quick Effect): You can reveal 1 Psychic monster in your hand; Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only use each effect of "Uxie, Spirit of Knowledge" once per turn. Mesprit, Spirit of Emotion Psychic/Effect/LIGHT/Level 4 ATK 1600/DEF 1600 When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT Psychic monster from your hand or Deck, except "Mesprit, Spirit of Emotion". During your Main Phase: You can discard 1 card, then target 1 other monster you control; It gains 700 ATK until the end of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Azelf, Spirit of Willpower" once per turn. Dialga, Master of Time Dragon/Synchro/Effect/LIGHT/Level 10 ATK 3500/DEF 3200 1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner LIGHT monsters Must be Synchro Summoned. While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent skips their Main Phase 1. At the start of the Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can activate this effect; All monsters your opponent controls lose 100 ATK for each turn this card has been face-up on the field for. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this effect. There can only be 1 face-up "Dialga, Master of Time" on the field. You can only use each effect of "Dialga, The Creator of Time" once per turn. You can Tribute 1 "Dialga, Master of Time" you control; Special Summon this card from your hand. When Special Summoned this way: You can activate this effect; you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, also skip your opponent's next turn. (Quick Effect): You can activate 1 of these effects: *Declare 1 Phase, except the Draw Phase or End Phase; It becomes that Phase of this turn. *Each player shuffles their hand into the Deck, then draws the same number of cards shuffled into the Deck by this effect. During your Main Phase, you can also Xyz Summon "Palkia, The Creator of Space" (from your Extra Deck) by using 1 "Palkia, Master of Space" you control as the Xyz Material. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn you activate this effect. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 FIRE monster with 2000 or less ATK from your Deck. Make Pecharunt/Dokutaro/Peachykeen a support Okidogi, Phesendipiti, and Munkidori.
