Thomas★Zero
From the Manga "Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V The Strongest Duelist Yuya!" Dragon Force Continuous Spell Card Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can Fusion Summon 1 Dragon Fusion monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion materials. For a Synchro or Xyz Summon of a Dragon monster, you can also use monsters from your hand as material. Once per turn, when a Dragon monster you control that was summoned from the Extra Deck destroys an opponents monster by battle: Special Summon the destroyed card to your side of the field. You can only activate 1 "Dragon Force" per turn.

Rongaulius
The effects aren't shabby at all, though since it's a Continuous Spell the effects can be stopped before resolution by blowing the card up (I think??). Seems like a card that might make the opponent think hard about whether or not they want to use a removal on this card, since it could make for some scary plays otherwise. However, since it isn't searchable like Polymerization or archetypal fusion spells and is a "do-nothing" card on its own, it isn't as powerful as it looks at first glance. You'd have to hard-draw it in the decks that would want to use it, so you'd either run 3 or zero. The Synchro and Xyz effects are strictly better than the Fusion effect since most decks that are fusing big dragons have archetypal Fusion spells that are searchable. The best dragon decks out there tend to have a lot of 1-card combo starters that can end on multiple big dragon synchro or Xyz monsters as it is. The idea is a neat one, but with it not being searchable by the decks that would want to use it, it's more of an Anime-Protagonist-Epic-Moment card.
