Custom Archetype: Seasonling

"Seasonling is a Plant Pendulum archetype focused on the Counter mechanic (like Endymion, Predaplant, etc.). I tried to go with a theme when deciding on the levels and P Scale of each of the monster but kinda failed miserably on that front, but you can see it on Spring Seasonling Sakura, Summer Seasoning Hydrangea, Fall Seasonling Maple, and Winter Seasonling Tsubaki. The level corresponds to the month the respective season starts and the P Scale corresponds to the month the respective season ends (i.e. Level 3 & P Scale 5). Also, I did put the note on the footer of each card, but this archetype was inspired by the game Onmyoji and one of its characters Shiki. All illustrations are originally by and sourced from the Onmyoji franchise.

Spring Seasonling Sakura

(At the end of each turn, gain 200 LP for each Seasonling Counter on your opponent's monsters.)

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add a "Seasonling" monster to your hand, or, if you have a "Seasonling" Pendulum Monster in your Pendulum Zone, add 2 "Seasonling" monsters to your hand instead. You can target a monster your opponent controls with a Seasonling Counter; Gain LP equal to its original ATK. You can only use each effect of "Spring Seasonling Sakura" once per turn.

Vernal Equinox Seasonling

(If you control no "Seasonling" monsters: You can add 1 "Spring Seasonling Sakura" to your hand from your Deck or Extra Deck.)

If you have a "Seasonling" Pendulum Monster in your Pendulum Zone: You can Special Summon this card and another "Seasonling" Pendulum Monster from your hand. You can target a monster your opponent controls with a Seasonling Counter; Destroy it, and if you do, draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of "Vernal Equinox Seasonling" once per turn.

Summer Seasonling Hydrangea

(When a "Seasonling" monster you control is involved in battle with an opponent's monster with a Seasonling Counter, it gains 500 ATK during damage calculation only. )

If this card is Special Summoned: You can place one "Seasonling" monster in your Pendulum Zone from your Deck or activate an "Altar of Mount Enken" directly your Deck. (Quick Effect): You can target a monster your opponent controls with a Seasonling Counter; Negate that monster's effects until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Summer Seasonling Hydrangea" once per turn.

(Monsters your opponent control with a Seasonling Counter lose 300 ATK for each Seasonling Counter.)

If this card is Pendulum Summoned: You can place Seasonling Counters on monsters your opponent controls up to the number of "Seasonling" monsters you control. (Quick Effect): You can destroy a monster your opponent controls with a Seasonling Counter, and if you do, this card gains its original ATK. You can only use each effect of "Fall Seasonling Maple" once per turn.

During your Main Phase: You can destroy a card in your Pendulum Zone or a monster your opponent controls with a Seasonling Counter. Special Summon 1 “Seasonling” Pendulum Monster from your hand or Deck. You can only use each effect of “Autumnal Equinox Seasonling” once per turn.

If this card is Pendulum Summoned: You can banish cards from your opponent's GY up to the number of Seasonling Counters on your opponent's monsters. You can target a monster your opponent controls with a Seasonling Counter; Halve its ATK until the end of this turn. You can only use each effect of "Winter Seasonling Tsubaki" once per turn.

This card cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. (Quick Effect): You can send a "Seasonal Sight" card from your Hand or Deck to the GY; until the start of your next turn, replace this effect with that card's original effect. If there are Seasonling Counters on your opponent's monsters, “Seasonling” monsters you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s card effects.

(If there are 6 or more Seasonling Counters on monsters your opponent controls: Special Summon this card from the Pendulum Zone, and if you do, inflict 400 damage on your opponent's LP for each Seasonling Counter on your opponent's monsters.)

This card gains 400 ATK/DEF for each Seasonling Counter on monsters your opponent controls. Once per turn, when a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can remove 3 Seasonling Counter from your opponent's monsters; Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. If there are Seasonling Counters on your opponent's monsters, your opponent's monsters cannot target monsters for attacks, except this one.

(This card is always treated as a "Seasonling" monster.) If this card is Link Summoned: all monsters your opponent controls gain a Seasonling Counter. During your Main Phase: You can remove 2 Seasonling Counters from your opponent's monsters; add a face-up "Seasonling" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Malevolent Devourer of Seasons" once per turn.

Seasonal Sight of Rejuvenation

Field Spell

For each “Seasonling" monster you summon or each "Seasonling" monster effect you activate, place 1 Seasonling Counter on a monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, if you place a Seasonling Counter on a monster your opponent controls: You can add 1 "Seasonling" monster from your Deck to your hand. At the end of each turn, gain LP equal half the combined original ATK of all your opponent's monsters with a Seasonling Counter.

Seasonal Sight of Abundance

Field Spell

For each “Seasonling" monster you summon or each "Seasonling" monster effect you activate, place 1 Seasonling Counter on a monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, if you place a Seasonling Counter on a monster your opponent controls: You can add 1 card that is banished or in the GY to your hand. Negate any opponent's monster effect from a monster with a Seasonling Counter.

Seasonal Sight of Harvest

Field Spell

For each “Seasonling" monster you summon or each "Seasonling" monster effect you activate, place 1 Seasonling Counter on a monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, if you place a Seasonling Counter on an opponent's monster: You can add 1 face-up “Seasonling” Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand. If you inflict damage to your opponent's LP this turn, destroy all monsters your opponent controls that have a Seasonling Counter.

Seasonal Sight of Slumber

Field Spell

For each “Seasonling" monster you summon or each "Seasonling" monster effect you activate, place 1 Seasonling Counter on a monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, if you put a Seasonling Counter on an opponent's monster: You can place another Seasonling Counter on an opponent's monster. The ATK of monsters your opponent controls that have a Seasonling Counter is halved.

Altar of Mount Enken

Continuous Spell

When this card is activated: Place 1 "Seasonal Sight of Rejuvenation" from your Deck face-up in your Field Zone. "Seasonal Sight" cards you control cannot be destroyed or targeted by your opponent's card effects. You can pay 2000 LP; activate a "Seasonal Sight" card directly from your hand or Deck.

Haven't read through the archetype, but this exactly.  Good scales are hard for some strategies to come by, and some of your scales are high/low enough that they'd definitely be used and abused in other strategies.

I think these cards are pretty good I could see this being used in Rikka Sunalvons or in other Plant based Decks.
