How can i make the cards' lore ?

Im making custom YuGiOh cards, but im don't know how to write the cards' lore accurately and most closely resembles TCG cards, can i get a help ?

This card is a bit confusing, but in Problem-Solving Card Text, it should read something like this:

"When this card is activated, target 1 monster your opponent controls; send that target to the GY. When your opponent's monster declares an attack: Target 1 monster you control; negate that opponent's attack, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to your targeted monster's ATK, and if you do that, banish 1 Spell Card from your opponent's GY. If this effect is negated, take 666 damage. While you control this face-up card, your opponent cannot target Zombie monsters or Level 1 monsters you control for attacks."

Some of the original effects don't really translate to Yugioh rules, hence any effect changes.
