If you control a "Destiny HERO" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand.) If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Add 1 "Polymerization" from your Deck or GY to your hand. You can banish this card from your GY, then, target 1 Fusion monster on the field (Quick Effect); return the targeted card to the Extra Deck, then, the controller of that card can Special Summon any monster(s) that were used as Fusion Materials for the targeted card ignoring their summoning conditions. You can only use each effect of "Destiny HERO - Defuser" once per turn.

This cards name becomes "Destiny HERO - Plasma" while face-up on the field or in your GY. Negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent controls. You can only use the following effects of "Destiny HERO - Plasma Diablo" once per turn.
* If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 monster in either players GY or field; equip the targeted card to this card, then, this card gains ATK equal to the equipped cards ATK. 
* When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap card (Quick Effect): You can destroy a monster equipped to this card; negate the activation and destroy it, then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the monster that was destroyed by this cards effect.
