* (Quick Effect): Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; negate the targeted cards effects until the End Phase this turn.
* If this card is destroyed by an opponents card: Special Summon 1 Level 8 LIGHT Dragon Normal monster from your hand, Deck or GY, also, if the summoned card is "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", gain 2500 LP.

If a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" or "Ultimate Dragon" Fusion monster you control attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until after damage calculation. You can only activate 1 "Ultimate Burst Stream of Destruction" per turn.

Counter Trap Card
If you control a "Blue-Eyes" monster, you can activate this card from your hand. Activate this card when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap card or monster effect while you control a Level 8 or higher Dragon monster. Negate the activation and destroy it, then, if you control a "Ultimate Dragon" Fusion monster, destroy all cards your opponent controls.
