If this card is always treated as Dark Magician, you'll be unable to play the original vanilla version if you play 3.  Something to keep in mind, given that its first effect allows it to Summon another Dark Magician.

The second effect needs to specify where it banishes or shuffles a Spell/Trap from.  Is it the field, hand, GY, or all of the above?
