On the one hand, it's not bad per say; a free 3k beater that will more often than not be at 4k.  While it doesn't have any protection, it's big enough that it could take out a lot of boss monsters if they don't use a removal on it.  It has definite utility, but it remains to be seen how much.

Trains will LOVE this card.
