Zamazenta the OS-Tan Fan
Blood Moon Ursaluna Level 11/EARTH/Psychic/Synchro/Effect 1 Level 3 Tuner + 1 "Ursaluna" You can only use the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd effect of this card's name each once per turn. (1) If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can look at your opponent's hand and banish 1 card from it face-down, and if you do, your opponent can Special Summon 1 monster from their hand, Deck, or GY in Defense Position, ignoring its Summoning conditions, but negate its effects this turn. (2) If a card or effect is activated by your opponent or a monster(s) is Special Summoned, except by this card's effects (Quick Effect): You can send 1 other card on the field to the GY. (3) If this card leaves the field because of your opponent: You can Special Summon 1 of your "Ursaluna(s)" that is banished or in your GY, then you can banish 1 card on the field, also for the rest of the turn each player must keep their hand revealed. 3500/3200 @Raikoh130 @Horu @Tinkerer @Kokoroshi What do you think of this card its an evolution/retrain of the OG Ursaluna if you wanna see that look here https://www.cardmaker.net/forums/topic/421171-7-new-cards-have-been-made-inculding-2-paradox-monsters-raging-bolt-and-iron-crown
Zamazenta the OS-Tan Fan
@Rongaulius bump *sigh* since nobody has gave a review on these cards yet... I would like to know your opinions on the other people might have different opinions on these cards and might have different taste and knowledge. Again this is just a pasted response I'm just feeling lazy.
Rongaulius
Quick thoughts: this card looks pretty darned good. Ursaluna, though, is a bit beefy for a fairly generic Level 8 Synchro, and it's ability to revive any Dark monster has some potential for problematic shenanigans. Kokoroshi
The card’s really good, but I think the drawback on the hand banish effect is kind of counterproductive. Your basically giving your opponent a banish to special summon any monster. Depending on your opponent’s deck, that special summon could be detrimental to you and great for your opponent. I’d just restrict the special summon to just the hand so that the effect isn’t too versatile for the opponent, especially since their getting a card banished anyway. That was my first thought also, but it does negate the effects of the monster it summons. For a face-down banishing hand-rip, that seems like a fairly even trade. If they can only Summon from their hand, the hand rip is probably too strong. That monster without any effects will be worthless unless it has a GY effect they can proc by nuking it, so if they can only Summon from the hand they're basically going -2 in card count, just because whatever they Summon almost certainly won't stay on the field that turn. It's a hard effect to balance, and without testing it in play it's hard to know just how to balance it. Or maybe it could Summon a monster from the Extra Deck for free, negating that monster's effects in the process. Or it could be changed to an effect where your opponent must keep their hand revealed while BMU is face-up on the field, unless they banish a card from their hand face-down. Then you might not get a hand-rip, but you do gain intel on their strategy. Though by the time you've Summoned this thing, your own strategy has to be working at least to some degree.
