Archetypal PSCT for all of the Tarot Hands:

If this card is Added to the hand, except during the Draw Phase; Special Summon this card, then apply the following effect:

If this card is Sent to the GY, except during the Draw Phase; Special Summon this card, then apply the following effect:

You can only use each effect of "Insert Tarot's Left or Right Hand Here" once per turn

Hand effects for the Left hands are usually positive, while the GY effects that are Positive are usually the Right Hands. Enter the Fool, who is even handed(No pun intended)

The Fools Left Hand PSCT:

If this card is added to your hand, except during the Draw Phase; Special Summon this card, then apply the following effects in sequence:

-Draw 1 card

-Discard 2 cards 

If this card is sent to the GY, except during the Draw Phase; Special Summon this card, then apply the following effects in sequence:

-Add 1 "Left Hand" Monster from your Deck to your hand

-Discard 1 "Right Hand" Monster from your hand

You can only use each effect of "The Fools Left Hand" Once per turn
