So the Level 2 is the angler of the Level 6 Ghoti? I find it as such a creative concept xD
Moonlight being able to grab any Fish from the Deck on-Summon is amusing. Sucks that it cannot be NSed without Tributes but its 2nd effect will help with getting it on board.
