If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Special Summon 1 "Clock Wyvern" from your hand, Deck or GY, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters except Cyberse monsters. If this card is used as Link Material for a Cyberse Link monster: Add 1 "Cynet Fusion" from your Deck to your hand, also, if the summoned Link monster this card was used as Link material for was "Clock Spartoi", draw 2 cards instead.
