This card can only be Special Summoned while you control "Toon World". You can Special Summon this card from your hand by tributing 3 Toon monster you control. This card cannot attack during the turn it is Summoned. Once per turn, when card or effect would be activate (Quick Effect): You can send 1 card from the Top of your Deck to the GY; negate its activation, and if you do, destroy it. While you control "Toon World", this card cannot be destroyed by card effect, also this card can make Third attack(s) during the Battle Phase.
