So, what's the point of this card? To just mill your own deck? You have a new archetype lined up for this because I am so confused on why you would send 4 cards to the GY, 3 being random top of deck cards.

maybe it would be better if simply add 1 card or draw 1 card, or maybe Special Summon 1 monster with the lowest level than the monster send to the GY.

That would help that archetype a lot. I looked up the cards and it's no wonder it's not used in Modern, the deck feels old school Yu-Gi-Oh! They should've existed back during Edison format, or even earlier than that.
