Thomas★Zero
Shining Form Continuous Spell Card After activation, while you control no monsters: You can send 1 "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" from your Extra Deck to the GY; Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" from your hand, Deck or GY ignoring its summoning conditions, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot summon monsters. All monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each monster in your GY with the same type as it. You can only activate 1 "Shining Form" per turn. Yᵤₘₐ ₖₐᵢbₐ
Second effect is powerful. Used with Closed Forest and Solidarity, vice versa, all Beast monster you control become a Boss Monster.
Horu
I think the second effect will be the prime use for this card.
cr47t
the first effect is cool and would be a good rationalization for running shining dragon, but i agree with @Horu that the second effect is easily the most useful part, but i can't help but think that this wouldn't do much against modern meta decks (assuming they don't need it themselves): i would add some kind of limiter, perhaps so that monsters can only get the bonus if they weren't special'd from the extra deck (maybe with the exception of "blue eyes" due to the shining dragon tie-in, but i don't know how to word that in proper YGO grammar.) on the other hand, i have a strong feeling that blue-eyes as a deck is more in need of consistency in its play, rather than more support for the big boss cards (i've seen people say a deck "bricks like blue-eyes" as shorthand for "when i get a bad hand/draws there's virtually no playing out of it" etc.) so if you want to make blue-eyes support, as i assume you would want to based on the first effect, i'd look into that kind of thing. this would require a (preferably short) study of why the deck in its current form fails to play well in modern competition or even in modern casual play, which is beyond what i can do right now. then again, YGO isn't nearly as relevant to me as it was even a few months ago, so if Konami really busted in with some massive revitalization recently rather than just being lazy with the non-yugi legacy support again, i could be talking ignorantly (not counting on it though.) Horu
I never actually run any direct Blue-Eyes support cause most of it is garbage. Although, I run LIGHT and Dragon support because it improves the consistancy of Blue-Eyes. Edit: I say the second effect will be the prime use for this card for a few reasons. 1 reason being that this pairs quite well with Makiu for example, effectively making it a garanteed field wipe. Not only that, the second effect is generic enough to give any monster a big enough boost to get over something it couldn't normally.
