Grave of the super ancient organisms ruling question

Before I use this in a deck against friends I wanna know if this would still stop attacks and effect activations of level 6 or higher monsters that state directly they are unaffected by card effects thanks in advance.

The unaffected monster WOULD be able to attack/activate its effects.

I am not sure about that. I would think it is a similar situation to Skill Drain vs. Jinzo: whichever gets on the field first will negate the other. That is, if Jinzo is already on the field when you activate Skill Drain, Skill Drain is negated. On the other hand, if Jinzo is Summoned while Skill Drain is already active, the effect of Jinzo will be negated and it will not negate Skill Drain.

Actually never-mind. Grave does not affect nor negate continuous effects, but only attacks and effects that activate, so any Level 6+ monster with a "unaffected by other card effects" protection will remain protected from Grave.
