You can only use 1 effect of this card's name effects 1st and 2nd effect and only once.

(2) If this card you control leaves the field because of your opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Paradox" Link Monster from your Extra Deck with 3000 or less ATK. (This is treated as a Link Summon.) The "Paradox" Link Monster that was Special Summoned with this card's effect gains this effect.
● Once per turn, during the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can target 1 card your opponent controls; return it to the hand.

Paradox Heroic Deed
Quick-Play Spell
You can only use the 1st and 2nd effect of this card's name once per turn.
(1) Target 1 "Paradox", "Koraidon", or "Miraidon" Synchro or Link Monster you control; all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK/DEF equal to the targeted monster's ATK, then if their ATK/DEF has been reduced to 0 as a result, send them to the GY, and if you do, those monster's cannot be destroyed by battle and any damage your opponent takes involving those monsters is halved, also negate their effects while your opponent controls them.
(2) You can banish this card from your GY;  Set 1 "Paradox" Spell/Trap directly from your Deck or GY, it can be activated this turn, except "Paradox Heroic Deed" or you can place 1 "Paradox" Continuous  Spell/Trap from your Deck or GY face-up on your field.

Look like "Continuous Trap Card" effect, but its "Normal Trap Card" idk. OP card effect that can easily bring the Synchro or Link monster with 3000 or less ATK.

Yeah, card like that is OP dude, and also, 2nd effect give an additional effect to that SS Link monsters.

2nd effect: "If this "Set" card", why im assume that your card considering as Continuous than Normal.

Yes but you can't use both effects also I will add the word set to there unlike that card this 1 has the Dragon Ruler once per turn where it could only use 1 effect a turn and only once that turn also it has to be removed by the opponenet plus Waking the Dragon is not limitted to 1 ED Type You can bring out Falcon a 3500 ATK unnunadtecd monster to wall your oppponenet.

Its a Normal Trap it even says it on the page it goes to the GY after its been actiavted unless your opponent controls Marco Cosmos it would get banished but it doesn't tigger the float effect.
