If you control a "Kashura" monster: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except Xyz Monsters. During your Main Phase, if this card was Normal or Special Summoned this turn: You can shuffled 1 of your banished card into the Deck, except "Kashura Drownsoul"; shuffled 2 cards each 1 card your opponent control and 1 random card from your opponent hand into the Deck, and if you do, this card Level becomes 7. You can only use each effect of "Kashura Drownsoul" once per turn.

The parallels to Kashtiras are clear. IDK if they are supposed to be joke cards and I'm having some bait by taking them seriously, but damn, I like them. I appreciate the underused type combinations of WATER Beast-Warrior and Warrior, they have good effects and I find the reflections of the Kashtiras Visas a bit amusing. If anything, it bugs me that Drownsoul is such an easy +2 and I would prefer some other kind of disruption that doesn't affect the opponent's card count as hard, but other than that, it looks good to me.
