Here are the cards.

 

Experiment Fool

Spell Card

Normal

Every Machine-type monster on the field is destroyed.

 

Medium Fortress

Trap Card

Counter

This card can only be activated if one of your monsters are being attacked. The attacked monster gains 1000 DEF until the end of the turn this card was activated.

 

Advanced Healing Implant

Spell Card

Equip

During your standby-phase you gain life points equal to half the equipped monsters ATK.

 

Electromagnetic Shielding Virus

Trap Card

Counter

This card may only be activated if a monster on your opponents side attacks your life points directly, You gain life points equal to both the monsters ATK and DEF.

 

Recall Virus

Trap Card

Normal

Select one monster card in your graveyard and Special Summon it to the field with half of the monsters ATK and DEF.

 

Growth System

Spell Card

Equip

Select one monster on your side of the field, The equipped monster gains 100 ATK for every monster it destroys in battle.

 

Protective Stomach

Spell Card

Equip

Select one Warrior-type monster on the field. The equipped monster gains 700 DEF but loses 400 ATK.

 

Speed Cluster

Trap Card

Normal

All monsters on the field may attack twice the turn this card is activated.

 

Health Sphere

Spell Card

Normal

Discard one card from your hand. You gain 500 Life Points.

 

Structure Healer

Spell Card

Normal

Special Summon one Machine-type monster from your graveyard regardless of summoning conditions. If the monsters attack is over 2000, Half the attack before it is summoned.

 

System Controller

Trap Card

Counter

This card may only be activated if your opponent summons a Machine-type monster (Excluding Flip Summon). The monster must attack this turn, if it can not the monster is destroyed.

 

Fluid Freezer

Spell Card

Quick-Play

Pay 500 Life Points. No Water-type monster on the field can attack until the end of this turn.

 

Autobones

Trap Card

Counter

This card may only be activated if your opponent summons a Zombie-type monster. The monster loses 500 ATK for every turn it is in ATK position.

 

Link Attractor

Spell Card

Normal

Pay 1000 Life Points. Both you and your opponent summon as many Machine-type monsters that are in the graveyard as possible.

 

Displacement-kit

Trap Card

Counter

This card may only be activated if your opponent activates "Seven Tools of the Bandits" Negate the cards effect.

 

Bronze Foot

Spell Card

Equip

Equip this to one of your opponents monsters. The equipped monster is unable to attack as long as this card remains on the field.

 

Deadly Heat

Spell Card

Field

Any monster that is not a FIRE attribute monster loses 500 ATK and DEF.

ok... OP. totally, the only ones that aren't are recall virus, protective stomach, health sphere, fluid freezer, and discplacement kit. (and health sphere and discplacement kit seem kinda underpowered...)

eg. Expirement Fool -- there's already a card with its effect, and it costs 1000 LP

Advanced Healing Implant -- alright, Cyber Dragon special summon and equip for 1050 LP each Standby Phase. Use it with Magic Cylinder, Draining Shield, negate attack, etc. for huge amounts of LP

Speed Cluster -- read the card effect of "Double Attack"

Structure Healer -- free cyber dragon!!!

Autobones -- total zombie lockdown. two turns makes Vampire Genesis weaker than Jinzo

Link Attractor -- three free cyber dragons!!!

This card can only be activated if one of your monsters are being attacked. The attacked monster gains 1000 DEF until the end of the turn this card was activated.

 

- A simpler text would be:

*Increase the DEF of 1 of your monsters by 1000 until the end of the turn.

 

Advanced Healing Implant

Spell Card

Equip

During your standby-phase you gain life points equal to half the equipped monsters ATK.

 

- Ok. That's nice but will not see play.

 

Electromagnetic Shielding Virus

Trap Card

Counter

This card may only be activated if a monster on your opponents side attacks your life points directly. You gain life points equal to the sum of that monsters ATK and DEF.

 

- This card is balanced.

 

Speed Cluster

Trap Card

Normal

All monsters on the field may attack twice the turn this card is activated.

 

- Oh my! That's really overpowered. You can reduce your opponent's Life Points to 0 easily without a cost.

 

Autobones

Trap Card

Continuous

This card may only be activated if your opponent summons a Zombie-type monster. The monster loses 500 ATK for every turn it is in ATK position.

 

Link Attractor

Spell Card

Normal

Pay 1000 Life Points. Both you and your opponent summon as many Machine-type monsters that are in the graveyard as possible.

 

- Again, that's very overpowered. You should consider "Dimension Fusion". You can summon 5 Machine monsters for only 1000 Life Points.

 

Displacement-kit

Trap Card

Counter

This card may only be activated if your opponent activates "Seven Tools of the Bandit" Negate the cards effect.

 

- That's way too underpowered.

Dark Cluster Node

Spell Card

Normal

Tribute 3 monsters on your side of the field, destroy every card on your opponents side of the field.
