Code Geass

This card is inspired by the anime "Code Geass". People with the "Power of Geass" could add, see or erase everything in their minds, see the future, stop the time for a short period of time and at a short distance or take over other people's minds. That card I posted includes all types of "Geass":

That is a lot of effects for a single card, so flexibility to the MAX.

However, I would say most of the time you are better off with the first, Change of Heart-like effect, which overshadows the rest of the effects. The ATK doubling and effect negation are handy too. The rest of the effects do not seem that impactful.

IMO nerf or remove the first effect, considering that cards like Snatch Steal and actual Change of Heart are currently banned, and it would more fair to be played.

I understand! But there is also a drawback... For example, BOTH players must control a face-up monster (without implying that it is bad, it doesn't change almost anything). The last effect is also good sometimes, if your opponent controls a weaker and a stronger monster, you can destroy the one and take control of the other monster FOREVER. I still believe it is pretty good at almost all situations. That's why I would consider it as banned. Therefore, I totally agree with your comment.

I guess the last effect can come in handy in such specific situations, but I dare say more often than not, one will be better off stealing the opponent monster in Main Phase 1 and do some plays, use it as material, etc.

Personally, I would rather remove the Change of Heart effect and let this last effect have more chances to shine.

After that, a funny idea that comes to mind is to change the Once per Duel clause to only each effect Once per Duel. That way, if you run more copies you will be pushed to use the remaining effects.
