Infernal Rage 
Quickplay Spell Card
During damage calculation, if your monster battles an opponent's monster: Your battling monster's ATK becomes that opponent's monster's ATK +1000, during that damage calculation only, also, if your battling monster is a "Elemental HERO" Fusion monster and it destroys your opponents monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed cards original ATK. If you control "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman" or "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman - Infernal Rage": You can add this card from your GY to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Infernal Rage" once per turn.

You could simplify this effect with:

If you control an 'Elemental HERO Flame Wingman" monster.

Anyway, this just adds damage to the opponent when attacking Last time I saw a modern HERO deck gameplay, it had no problem OTKing, but it could brick at times or have its plays stopped when facing enough (hand) traps. IDK if the deck would like to play a card like this that can end up as a dead draw. It could work if the Deck could consistently mill it and later grab it for free to play it or use as discard fodder, AFAIK they are not mill-friendly.

In regards to this its generic in use where it basically lets any monster attack over for 1000 damage where with Elemental HERO Fusions it also adds the addition of Flame Wingman effect damage on top of it where if used with OG Flame Wingman/Neos Wingman, your basically doubling the effect damage. Also recycling with Flame Wingman on the field lets you both reuse it or have it for discard costs for cards like Super Poly. Lastly with Spirit of Neos its also searchable.
