If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Set 1 "Graceful Dice" and 1 "Skull Dice" from your hand, Deck or GY, also, those cards can be activated during the turn they were set. You can only use this effect of "Twilight Dice Venders" once per turn. Each time you roll a six-sided die: All monsters you control gain ATK/DEF and all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK/DEF equal to the result of that die x 100.
