Tinkerer
Deck style: Normal Monster & Fusion Aggro The "Veteran" cards are the key to the deck. They each have conditions that ease their Summon, and the same kind of effect: Send the top card from deck to grave; the card's name becomes (whatever it is -Veteran), and then you can immediately fuse using monsters you control/have in grave. This makes the gameplan pretty straightforward: 1. Get the OG Normals onto the field/in the grave, 2. Fuse. Amazing Dealer, Sacred Ship, Monster Convocation, Heavenly Gift & Graceful Charity are all in the deck for that purpose. The Battlegrounds field spell gives monsters with 2100 DEF an extra 500 ATK (an extremely high boost by Rush standards) and gives OG Gaia & Dragon Champion piercing. The new Gaia Fusion can either pop a backrow or attack directly on the turn it is Summoned. Both tools ramp up the deck's aggressiveness, while Battlegrounds gives you strong stats even if you can't fuse. The remainder of the deck is more/less control and answer tools. Catapult Turtle tributes a Fusion to pop a backrow, but if OG Dragon Champion is in the GY, it can pop 1 more card. Zaborg, Mirror Force, and Intercepting Gaia all help vs monsters that can't be beaten over.
