It is a Special Editon 1 Card because its Effect is too powerful, you can only have 1 Micil in your deck. That is why it has a Gold Seal on its name. Micil's name uses the law of ( I Cil ) or ( Me Cil ). Micil's main point is to cause your opponent to cil themselves, that is why he is called Micil.
