Usually the main protagonist has a level 7 monster with 2500 atk and 2100 def. Name is based off of Wario and Mammon if that helps? Additional support/extension to a full archetype, maybe in the near future?

Once per turn during either player's turn if your opponent activates a card or effect: you can destroy 1 card on the field or have your opponent discard 1 card.

Very niece, and I quite like it like that! The battle step effect could definitely be tricky to balance, but I do like it's simplicity. Speaks true Protagonist Ace monster.

Biggest problem is that you can't have an inherit summon ability, along with an effect (draw 1 card) as it could only be a "cost/boost" effect. Only cards that could do an inherit summon to effect have been the Kaijus, which is just tributing for cost. If you want to aim for realism and have it draw a card still, you would need to make it an activated effect (effect with a semi-colon), something like:

This suggestion is based on the card effect "Archlord Kristya". It allows you to inherently summon him freely, as well as only get the ability to draw 1 if it was from the hand since it was written like this. Also then if they happen to have a card like "Ash Blossum", then you would still get to keep your monster.

Or it could alternatively be written as

Quote

If this card is in your hand: You can discard 2 monsters; Special Summon this card, then draw 1 card.

This suggestion is based on the card effect "Albion the Shrouded Dragon" and "Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos". it allows you to both summon and draw 1 in the same effect. This is however is susceptible to cards like "Ash Blossum", losing you both the summon and a draw. 

Do be careful picking as both has much different conditions and interactions. Sorry for the over the top critique, and hope I was helpful. Very good card.
