After this, I'm going to have to study PSCT for a long time. This card looks like jibberish. I admittedly just made this for the fun of it.

Effect:

This card can only be Summoned in the middle column on the Field. If a Monster whose Original Name is "Shining Friendship" is not on the Field face-up, you can treat this card as as many Fusion Material for a Fusion Monster as possible, ignoring permanent persistent conditions for its Fusion Summon; the Fusion Monster's Original Attack becomes the Original Attack of this Monster at the time this Monster was treated as Fusion Material divided by the number of Fusion Material this Monster is/was treated as at that time (Round down).

Roll a die; If you roll a 5 or 6, roll again; add 1 to the final result. Until that End Phase of yours after you activate this effect, effects that would activate during that time get delayed if possible to that End Phase. (Activate the first and second interactive effects of this card in order.)
